Breakfast Basics

Wanna know my basic breakfast? This is it! Two eggs, 1/4 of an avocado, and seasonal fruit (usually berries). Combined with my favorite organic espresso coffee, this is a super combo of protein, healthy fat, and key nutrients. Best of all it’s tasty, takes five minutes to prepare, and I know I am starting my busy day with a solid health choice. What’s your go-to breakfast?
