1440 Minutes in a Day

Who has time to work out, right? There are only 24 hours in a day. That doesn’t seem like a lot. But, there are also 1440 minutes in a day….which does seem like a lot. Surely you can commit 40 minutes a day to fitness, and get the rest done in 1400 minutes. No? How about only 20 minutes out of 1440?

If your mindset usually says, “I’m too busy”, you have created a counter-productive excuse to ignore your health and fitness. Let’s work on turning it around. Let’s develop a winning mindset that, instead, says, “I can do a quick 30 minute workout and still get the rest of my stuff done in the more than 1400 remaining minutes”. You will empower yourself and be surprised that everything gets done just fine. More important, you will be taking care of your health and fitness which supports all of your other busy endeavors.
